About us

1996 (Earley) Squadron Air Training Corps is open to young people from school year 8 to the age of 20. We also have opportunities for adult volunteers.
We meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 7:00pm and 9:30pm as well as weekend activities.

What we do

Air Cadet life is all about challenge, excitement and adventure with many opportunities including UK and overseas camps, leadership courses, air experience flights, pilot training, fieldcraft, adventure training, sports, shooting and more.

The joining process

Register your interest below. We will then invite you to our next recruitment evening. This will give you the opportunity to see what we do first hand. Of course, you'll only see a few of the many activities we do but you'll get a feel for us and be able to ask any questions.
